If you require an Internet monitoring solution but do not need to monitor email, then you need WebSpy Analyzer Standard. You can import log files into Analyzer Standard that your Internet proxy server or firewall generates, and conduct detailed investigations into all areas of your organization's Internet usage. Analyzer standard is an ideal entry level monitoring solution for your organization.
If you need to monitor email in addition to Internet usage, then you need WebSpy Analyzer Premium. Analyzer Premium provides all the functionality of Analyzer Standard, with the additional ability to import and analyze log files from mail servers. Analyzer Premium provides comprehensive reporting on both Internet and email traffic in one easy to use package
If you require an enterprise scale email and Internet monitoring solution then you need to use Analyzer Giga, which allows you to efficiently load, analyze and report on gigabytes of data. Analyzer Giga provides both email and Internet monitoring functionality
If you require a real time Internet and email monitoring solution, then you need WebSpy Live. Whereas the Analyzer range of products focus on historic monitoring and reporting, Live is capable of instantly reporting new entries to your log files as they occur. Live is available as part of any WebSpy Product "Suite", but cannot be purchased individually
If you don't have a device such as a proxy server or firewall that logs your organization's Internet activity, or you want to capture more detailed information about your organization's Internet usage, you need WebSpy Sentinel. Most proxy servers, mail servers and firewalls only record a limited set of details about the information passing through them. Sentinel captures all the data that you are interested in monitoring and more. To view the information that Sentinel captures, you can import its log files into WebSpy Live, and any of WebSpy's Analyzer products. Of particular note is the fact that Sentinel can capture the full content of web pages, emails and other Internet traffic, which can then be viewed using one of the Analyzer products. Sentinel is available as part of the WebSpy "Sentinel Suite", but cannot be purchased or downloaded individually
